Role Description
We’re looking for a Growth PM to drive revenue growth by optimising web-to-app funnels, fine-tuning monetisation and increasing LTV.
You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling Open, with the chance to build much from scratch and shape the company’s trajectory. This is a strategic role that also requires rolling up your sleeves and driving execution.
This role will be based remotely with anticipated visits to our LA office.
What You’ll Do

Responsibilities

  • Create, optimize, and personalize web onboarding funnels to achieve growth objectives at scale through rapid, iterative testing
  • Diagnose bottlenecks across the funnel and guide prioritization
  • Run monetisation experiments, pricing, upsells, and initiatives to increase LTV
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs, translating hands-on data analysis into actionable insights and impactful initiatives
  • Build consistent frameworks, metrics, reporting, processes, and measurement systems for growth efforts and experiments
  • Partner with UA and the marketing team to drive growth through channel optimisation and holistic user flows

What drives success for this role

  • 2+ years in product growth, with emphasis on conversion optimisation and onboarding funnels, ideally in a B2C startup
  • Proven expertise in designing, running, and analysing A/B tests to improve conversion, engagement, and retention
  • Customer-centric mindset with a sharp focus on commercial metrics
  • Strong experience with data-driven experimentation; hands-on familiarity with web onboarding tools is a plus
  • Track record of working effectively with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver growth outcomes
  • Ability to prioritise ruthlessly and deliver high impact quickly
