We’re looking for a B2B2C Credit Lead to own and strengthen the credit, underwriting, and fraud-prevention foundations of OneLot’s B2B2C lending product. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll personally validate credit decisions, build practical processes, and ensure portfolio quality during the pilot and early scaling stages.
You’ll work closely with Credit, Operations, and Sales teams to guide day-to-day credit execution and translate technical credit standards into clear, actionable operating practices — without direct people management responsibilities.
What you’ll be doing:
Personally lead and validate underwriting, fraud checks, verification, and credit procedures during the B2B2C pilot phaseAct as a final reviewer for complex, high-risk, or exception cases to reinforce disciplined credit decisionsGuide frontline execution of B2B2C credit processes in collaboration with Credit, Operations, and Sales teamsTranslate credit and fraud requirements into clear SOPs, playbooks, and operational guidanceConduct regular portfolio reviews to identify risk drivers, emerging trends, and control gapsRecommend and implement corrective actions to protect portfolio qualityImprove credit workflows, verification steps, controls, and system logic to reduce operational risk and increase efficiencyCoordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve credit-related escalations and operational blockersDesign and deliver training and calibration sessions to ensure consistent application of credit and fraud standardsWhat we’re looking for:
3+ years of hands-on experience in credit, underwriting, fraud detection, or risk management, preferably in consumer or auto lending, with direct involvement in complex or exception cases.Strong understanding of KYC, fraud indicators, document verification, and credit evaluation frameworksComfortable guiding execution across teams and driving alignment without direct line managementStrong analytical judgment and decision-making skills, especially in ambiguous or high-risk casesAbility to translate technical credit requirements into practical, executable guidanceClear written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with credit systems, verification tools, or lending workflows is a strong advantage
