We’re looking for a Software Engineer Intern (Frontend) to help bring OneLot’s products to life through fast, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces. You’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams to build frontend features, improve performance, and support real deployments used by dealers nationwide. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into polished interfaces, wants exposure to modern web frameworks, and is excited to learn how production-grade web applications are built in a fintech environment.

You’ll learn how to write clean, scalable code, collaborate with designers and backend engineers, and contribute to features that directly impact how customers interact with our platform.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the development of user interfaces using modern frameworks (Next.js, TypeScript)
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate mockups into real features
  • Work with RESTful APIs to integrate frontend components with backend systems
  • Help optimize web applications for performance, speed, and responsiveness
  • Assist in maintaining code quality through reviews, refactoring, and documentation
  • Participate in team sprints, discussions, and iterative product development
  • What we’re looking for:

  • Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, preferably with prior internship experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially in UI/UX
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with modern frontend technologies such as Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript
  • Basic understanding of how RESTful APIs integrate frontend and backend systems
  • Exposure to or interest in using state management tools (e.g., Redux) and UI component libraries
  • Understanding of core web concepts such as performance, responsiveness, and scalability
  • Comfort working with developer tools, version control, and modern web build processes
