The Role
We're looking for a proactive, people-focused Cohort Manager (Student Success Manager) to guide groups of founders through their MBA journey. You'll be the main point of contact for programme support, keeping founders on track with their academic requirements and identifying risk early.
This is not a passive support role. You'll own cohort health across your group and be expected to intervene, escalate, and problem-solve when things go off track.
What you'll do
- Monitor attendance, submissions, and engagement signals week-to-week
- Identify at-risk founders early, keep risk flags updated in Airtable, and drive timely, targeted interventions
- Coordinate with mentors, facilitators, and the wider programme team
- Manage founder communications across Slack and Zendesk
- Run regular one-to-ones and cohort check-ins to maintain momentum
You'll likely do well here if you
- Have experience in student success, account management, or a high-touch customer-facing role
- Have strong written and spoken English
- Are organised and disciplined - you track things, follow through, and deliver on your commitments
- Can build genuine rapport quickly and hold people accountable with warmth
- Are comfortable working with data and tools (Airtable, Zendesk, Slack, or similar)
- Available during EST hours
