Head of Mentorship
United States
Oneday is an education technology platform designed to inspire and equip aspiring entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds to turn their business dreams into reality.
Backed by $25M+ in funding from top-tier VCs in the UK and Silicon Valley, Oneday is scaling rapidly. We are on a mission to redefine business education and are set to become the largest business school in the world.
Our mentor faculty is how we do it. 150+ mentors, working one-to-one with founders, week after week. The quality of that mentorship is one of the biggest levers we have. We're hiring a Head of Mentorship Impact to own it.
This is a senior role for someone who thinks about mentorship the way a product leader thinks about product: what's working, what isn't, where the biggest gains are, and how to build systems that raise the floor and the ceiling.
Your job is to improve mentoring and get more founders to revenue throughout their journey.
What you'll do
Raise mentor quality across the faculty
You'll build a clear picture of what great mentorship looks like at Oneday. You will unlock the habits, tactics and mindsets of hyper-effective mentors, and accelerate awareness and adoption across the faculty.
Improve founder outcomes
Everything in this role ladders up to one thing: more founders reaching meaningful revenue. You'll identify where founders routinely get stuck and design mentor-based interventions to close the gap. You'll use data, coaching insights, and your own judgment to identify problems and remove them.
Codify what works
Our best mentors are exceptional. But too much of what makes them great lives in their heads. You'll turn elite practice into playbooks, case studies, and training material that the wider faculty can use, both over time and in the moment.
Strengthen recruitment and matching
You'll help us hire better mentors and match them more intelligently to founders. Both are quality levers disguised as operational tasks. You'll treat them accordingly.
Coaching and training
Working with curriculum and coaching leads, you'll shape how mentors are developed over time. Not compliance training. Real capability-building that changes how mentors work with founders.
Shape faculty culture
You'll help build a mentor community that people want to belong to. One that's ambitious, craft-oriented, and energised by founder success rather than ground down by process.

What we're looking for
