The Role

Your role would be to build podcast and YouTube sponsorships as an acquisition channel for Oneday from scratch .

What You’ll Own

  • Sourcing and deals: build a live pipeline of 200+ podcasts and YouTube channels mapped to our ICP; negotiate host-reads, mid-rolls, integrations, multi-episode and performance-linked deals.
  • Creative: write and brief host-reads in each show’s voice; run a structured testing programme on hooks, angles, and offers.
  • Measurement: combine promo codes, vanity URLs, surveys, and incrementality tests; report channel P&L weekly.
  • Scale: get to material monthly run-rate within 90 days; expand into adjacent creator channels (newsletters, TikTok creators, IG) once the core is reliable.

Success in 12 Months

  • $200K+ committed monthly spend at target CAC
  • 5+ always-on show partnerships producing reliable enrolments.
  • Documented playbook someone else could run.

Who You Are

  • 4–7+ years in podcast/creator/sponsorship buying. Personally shipped dozens of deals at $1M+ annual spend.
  • Real relationships across the US podcast and YouTube ecosystem — you can name 30 shows you’d call this week.
  • Strong creative judgement and numerate (CAC, payback, incrementality).
  • Builder mindset; entrepreneurial — founder, very early at a startup, or ran your own P&L.
