About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Intern who wants hands-on exposure to sales, partnerships, and startup growth.

This role gives you the opportunity to work closely with the team on lead generation, client conversations, and pipeline building, while learning how startups acquire customers and close deals.

If you're proactive, curious, and excited about working in a fast-moving startup environment, you'll gain meaningful experience here.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Support client meetings and product presentations
  • Work with marketing and pre-sales teams to improve lead quality
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales process
  • Understand customer needs and help position OneAssure’s solutions effectively
  • Develop a strong understanding of insurance products, CRM systems, and the OneAssure platform
