What You'll Ship & Own?

The Translation Engine: Decode complex insurance topics. Write high-intent pillar pages, comparative guides, FAQs, and campaign scripts that treat the reader with respect. Maintain a fiercely consistent, BS-free brand voice.

• Own the Lifecycle: You are the execution owner. A draft isn't done until it's live and performing. You will coordinate ruthlessly with design and tech teams to ensure your content is shipped, properly formatted, and visually engaging.

• The Organic Growth Driver: Treat SEO like a system. You will align content with search intent, track traffic, monitor engagement metrics, and continuously iterate on live pages to improve their performance.

• The AI Pragmatist (Content Edition): You leverage AI tools to conquer the blank page, build outlines, or summarize heavy research. But you know that relying on LLMs for the final draft results in soulless, generic copy. You own the narrative, the empathy, and the final polish.

Your Arsenal (Qualifications)

• The Craft: Exceptional writing and brutal editing skills. You know how to say more with less.

• The Translator: A demonstrated ability to explain dense, complex topics in simple, conversational language. A genuine curiosity about fintech, personal finance, or the mechanics of insurance is a must.

• The Operator: Attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to maintain execution timelines across multiple stakeholders without dropping the ball.

• The Foundation: A basic understanding of SEO, content hierarchy, and web structure is a strong bonus, but an intense eagerness to learn and experiment is mandatory. Fresh graduates or final-year students with undeniable writing chops are highly encouraged to apply.
