About the Role
This is more than a content writing role.
We are looking for a Content & Program Manager who can combine strong writing skills with cross-functional coordination to ensure content initiatives move smoothly from creation to live pages that perform.
You will create content - but you will also ensure it gets implemented, optimized, and improved in collaboration with design, tech, and growth teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

• Write blogs, landing pages, pillar pages, and educational guides
• Build high-intent pages (comparisons, FAQs, explainer content)
• Create scripts and structured content for marketing campaigns
• Simplify complex insurance topics into clear, conversational language
• Maintain consistency in tone and brand messaging

2. SEO Execution & Performance Tracking

• Align content with target keywords and search intent (tools will be available)
• Track rankings, traffic, and engagement metrics
• Identify content updates required to improve performance
• Maintain content hygiene across the website

3. Cross-Functional Program Management

• Coordinate with design to ensure content is presented in high-conversion formats
• Work with tech teams to get pages published and SEO elements implemented
• Maintain execution timelines and track deliverables across stakeholders
• Ensure content projects move from draft → design → dev → live → performance tracking
• You will act as the execution owner ensuring content doesn’t just get written - it gets shipped and improved.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong writing and editing skills (portfolio or writing samples required)
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple, conversational language
• Curiosity about fintech, insurance, or personal finance
• Attention to detail and structured thinking
• Basic understanding of SEO and content structure is a bonus (but not mandatory)
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and take ownership
• Fresh graduates or final-year students with strong writing skills are encouraged to apply.
