We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to scale our B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building meaningful business relationships in SME ecosystemKey Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy targeting small to medium enterprises (SMEs)
Identify and qualify potential business clients across different industry segments
Negotiate and close B2B Employee Benefits and Non Employee Benefits insurance product deals
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools
Collaborate with Insurance manufacturers and product teams to customize insurance solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
2-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in insurance, fintech, or technology sectors
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
