About The Role

Our Account Management team is committed to supporting venue partners in effectively implementing me&u, ensuring high adoption rates and active engagement from both venues and customers. As an Account Manager, your role involves partnering with venues to optimize their use of our product strategically. This includes nurturing relationships with current partners and identifying growth opportunities within their portfolios.
Given that the US is an emerging market for me&u, you'll need to embrace an open, positive, and experimental mindset to tackle local challenges. You'll also need to provide product and market feedback comfortably, and participate in collective team efforts to shape our presence and success in the US market.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively drive portfolio growth by implementing strategic initiatives and leveraging strong relationships with venues to maximize GMV and drive measurable results while consistently highlighting the value of me&u
  • Work tirelessly to give me&u venues the ultimate experience, making sure they are set up for success and feel supported along the way
  • Establish a feedback loop to enhance venue satisfaction and engagement, to reduce churn
  • Conceive and execute commercial and operational projects within your local market, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the me&u product and its features to drive impact and engagement across your accounts and those within your team
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance team efficiency and processes, aiming for continuous improvement to deliver an enhanced customer experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the US team to strategize on successful implementation of me&u in US venues
  • Utilize internal tools such as Slack, Front, Loom, Figma, Notion, Hubspot, and Sisense to streamline operations and communication

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in Account management
  • Strong relationship-building abilities to cultivate enduring partnerships with venues
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to execute commercial and operational projects
  • Proactive and positive attitude towards gathering and implementing feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Adaptability and openness to innovation, particularly in navigating challenges within emerging markets
  • Capacity for cross-functional collaboration to drive successful implementation of me&u in US venues

Nice To Have

  • Startup or hospitality industry experience
  • Self-starter who is action oriented and possesses a strong sense of urgency
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell, cross-sell, obtain referrals, and grow an existing client base
