Would you love to spend more of your time using your migration law expertise, rather than doing repetitive administrative tasks? Are you bored of working as a regular RMA and looking for a refreshing challenge? We’d love to talk to you!

📍 About Matilda Migration

Matilda is not your regular migration agency! We’re an investor-backed technology company with a mission to make migration exciting, not stressful. We do this by combining world-class migration practitioners with cutting-edge technology.

We use technology to bring simplicity and beauty to what was previously a complex and stressful process. Like these companies, our platform leverages breakthroughs in AI, cloud computing and UX design. This allows us to offer a premium, hands-on service to our clients, whilst also streamlining the workflow for migration agents.

You'll join a team with decades of experience at some of the world's top technology and Fortune 500 companies. We are backed by prominent investors, such as Robyn Denholm (Chair of Tesla), Afterwork Ventures, and Startmate.

đź’« How This Role Is Different

  • Part Agent, Part Innovator: Spend part of your time working hands-on with clients to process their visas, and the other part working with Matilda’s product team to provide guidance on our technology platform. This also means you must be highly proficient at technology tooling and a fast adopter.
  • Accelerate Your Career: Matilda is an investor-backed startup that is founded by seasoned technology entrepreneurs. This means the company will grow exponentially, there will be opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
  • Company Shares: we believe in providing company shares to all team members to make everyone co-owners, so that we all benefit from the company’s success.
  • High Salary: we also believe that great talent deserves great compensation. That’s why we commit to offering salaries above the industry average.
  • Flexibility: we work remotely; and there is the opportunity for you to work in a part-time capacity alongside another role.
  • Perks: birthday leave, a learning and development budget, and more!
