About the Role:
As our Demand Gen Lead, your mission is to build a repeatable, efficient, data-driven lead machine that fuels our 3x+ annual growth. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be an early, strategic key hire responsible for everything from lead generation infrastructure and tracking to channel experimentation and lead nurturing. We are looking for a hands-on, full-stack leader who can build our demand generation playbook and directly influence how we build our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
· Pipeline Ownership: generate qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs) required to hit our 3x annual growth target.
· Data-Led Inbound & SEO Optimization: Work with product and data teams to generate continuous original content to establish our portal as a definitive authority in maritime and logistics sector. Distribute this content on LinkedIn and social media to drive inbound flow.
· Growth Infrastructure: Build and maintain the marketing plumbing on HubSpot, ensuring robust lead tracking, attribution, and lead scoring to evaluate and handle leads with data driven approach.
· Full-Stack Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Email, LinkedIn and Search.
· Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Obsess over the website and landing page performances, relentlessly A/B test to turn more visitors into booked demos.
· Aggressive Experimentation: Develop a rigorous "test-and-learn" framework to identify new, scalable channels and retire underperforming ones quickly.
· Unit Economics Management: Monitor and optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV:CAC ratios to ensure our growth is both rapid and capital-efficient.
· Lead Nurturing & Automation: Build automated email and "retargeting" sequences that keep MagicPort top-of-mind and move prospects through the funnel.
· Sales Partnership: Work closely with the sales team to provide insights they need to close deals faster.
· Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly visibility into funnel health, experiment results, and ROI, providing data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications and Skill Sets:
· 4+ years’ experience in a demand gen role in B2B SaaS business with proven experience building a repeatable lead generation process
· Experience working directly with SDRs/AEs
· Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs (how to set up workflows, lead scoring, attribution, etc.)
· A deep understanding of SaaS unit economics, specifically CAC, LTV, and Payback Periods.
· Strong analytical skills and data driven approach (should be comfortable living in spreadsheets)
· Experience identifying high-intent keywords and directing content that captures search traffic
· Ability to write ads and landing pages that move the needle
· Hands-on experience managing ad spending across LinkedIn and Google Ads with a focus on ROI
· Focus on speed, the ability to launch, measure, and kill experiments within a 2-week cycles
