We're looking for someone to join our Member Support team and work on assisting members with technical issues, simple edits, and scheduling consultations with Estate Planning Specialists. This is a full-time, salaried position with working hours of 9–5 Pacific Time. The right candidate will be able to collaborate closely with the team and also work independently while assisting members, managing follow-ups, and reviewing questionnaires. This job is fully remote.

What the job is:

• Taking live calls from paid members to assist with technical issues or edits.
• Scheduling consultations for unpaid members with an Estate Planning Specialist.
• Managing Intercom chat by responding quickly and professionally to member questions.
• Completing daily follow-ups with members who need edits on their questionnaires.
• Reviewing questionnaires submitted by members to ensure accuracy and assign next steps.

Who you are:

• Customer support background. Previous experience in customer support is required; estate planning knowledge is a bonus.
• Excellent communicator. You are concise, professional, and comfortable speaking directly with members as well as internal leadership.
• Energetic and creative. You thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and find innovative ways to support members.
• Tech-savvy. Proficient with standard productivity tools and comfortable learning new platforms (Aircall, Intercom, Calendly, Salesforce, etc.).
