We're looking for someone to join our existing Estate Planning team and work on selling Will and Trust products to users. This job is fully remote. The right candidate will be able to collaborate closely with the team and work independently on call-center-oriented sales.

What the job is:

• You will push to meet commission-based sales goals by offering Will and Trust products to users.
• You’ll work on the delivery of customer support for our estate planning products answering product questions and technical support.
• You will take scheduled calls and inbound calls from customers across the US as they access the product.
• You will make outbound calls to customers who have requested calls or are late stage with the product and are pending payment.
• You will handle refund requests per the Terms of Service of the given customer.
• Manage, track, and report deliverables and deadlines.
• Communicate with precision, using reports and presentations as needed.
