About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact features and driving momentum within our growing product team. Our Proactive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) consists of Web, iOS & Android apps, powered by backend APIs and third-party integrations to deliver features such as:

  • Live and video-on-demand content
  • Personalized recommendations
  • Assessments, analytics and reporting


You’ll envision, design, and ship delightful, user-centered, cross-platform experiences that build and improve our Proactive EAP Platform


You’ll be involved in all aspects of the product development for a major product area; from research, prototyping, requirements gathering, QA and release notes before launch.


You’ll participate in and lead cross-functional workshops, discussions, design reviews, and inspiring design team activities.

In this job, you will:

  • Conduct interviews of internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts, and perform competitor and market research.
  • Partner with executives to prioritize and triage roadmap and change requests, clearly understanding short and long term trade-offs.
  • Create PRDs for each feature and collaborate with the development team to break them down into milestones and tickets.
  • Work closely with the development team to plan sprints, remove blockers, and manage technical and product debt
  • Work with designers during requirements gathering to ensure cohesive, user-centered solutions.
  • Produce release notes and feature videos for both internal and external features
  • Partner with marketing to communicate new features to users and the broader market
  • Develop and manage analytics reports and dashboards to track performance and inform decisions

Requirements (What makes you a great fit for this role):

  • Strong visual design instincts, with the ability to design within and help evolve established visual guidelines
  • Knowledge of React, NodeJs, consuming Rest APIs as our roadmap includes multiple 3rd party integrations into tools, clients and partners.
  • Proficiency with modern collaboration and design tools such as Figma, ClickUp, and Slack
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, operating with autonomy while adapting quickly to shifting priorities and context switches
  • Clear and thoughtful communicator who builds trust and collaborates effectively across teams
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and drives projects from concept through execution
  • Willing and able to support teammates with smaller tasks when needed, contributing to overall team momentum

  • Compensation. The salary ranges from $105,000 to $112,000, plus equity. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
