Sales Development Representative

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you’ll play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying HR and Benefits leaders at mid-to-enterprise-level companies. You’ll educate them on why switching from their current EAPs to Journey’s Proactive EAP is essential in today’s workplace. In most cases you’ll be their first point of contact at Journey. First impressions are everything and you will be the face of the entire company when it comes to expanding Journey’s business.

In this job, you will:
- Be responsible to identify & qualify HR, Benefits, and Total Rewards leaders at mid-to-enterprise-level companies.
- Be responsible to use multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone, events) to drive interest and book discovery meetings.
- Educate prospects on Journey’s unique value and how proactive mental health support outperforms traditional and digital EAPs.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies that resonate with different industries and buyer persona

- Collaborate with Demand Generation and Account Executives to refine messaging and drive pipeline growth.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for booked meetings and pipeline contribution.
