Our Operations and Customer Experience teams are the backbone of HIVEDās delivery network.

These roles play a critical part in ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and a smooth end-to-end delivery experience for both customers and retail partners.
š§ What you might be involved in
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
Supporting customers and partners with a high standard of service and problem-solving
Coordinating daily operations, routes, or depot activity
Working closely with drivers, transport, and operations teams
Monitoring deliveries, resolving issues, and escalating where needed
Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
Contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment

Previous experience in logistics, operations, customer support, retail, transport, or coordination is beneficial but not always required.
