Halfdays is looking for motivated, personable individuals with great communication skills to join our team part-time at our flagship retail location here in Denver. The role of Floor & Operations lead is to oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house store functions to ensure smooth daily operations and to build connections with the customers while communicating Halfdays' brand values through a community-driven approach, expert product knowledge, and a positive outlook!
This role has openings for part-time positions with the potential to transition into a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing customer relationships and driving sales.
- Contributing to a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
- Welcoming clients into our space, educating them on our products.
- Keeping the store organized, clean, and shoppable.
- Providing our guests with a seamless experience from door to checkout.
Team Leadership & Customer Experience
- Lead and inspire the sales team daily, setting the tone for engagement, performance, and service.
- Act as a role model in delivering outstanding customer experiences, offering personalized recommendations and sharing brand and product stories.
Operational Tasks:
- Manage stock replenishment to maintain a fully stocked, sized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Maintain an organized, efficient backroom through regular re-folding, re-bagging, and stock rotation.
- Oversee returns, damages, and stock discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with management in areas of inventory management.
- Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
- Execute daily operational tasks such as pricing updates, markdowns, and store transfers.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Salary Range: $19-$21/hr
