Halfdays is looking for motivated, personable individuals with great communication skills to join our team part-time at our flagship retail location here in Denver. The role of Floor & Operations lead is to oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house store functions to ensure smooth daily operations and to build connections with the customers while communicating Halfdays' brand values through a community-driven approach, expert product knowledge, and a positive outlook!

This role has openings for part-time positions with the potential to transition into a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for establishing customer relationships and driving sales.
  • Contributing to a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Welcoming clients into our space, educating them on our products.
  • Keeping the store organized, clean, and shoppable.
  • Providing our guests with a seamless experience from door to checkout.

Team Leadership & Customer Experience

  • Lead and inspire the sales team daily, setting the tone for engagement, performance, and service.
  • Act as a role model in delivering outstanding customer experiences, offering personalized recommendations and sharing brand and product stories.

Operational Tasks:

  • Manage stock replenishment to maintain a fully stocked, sized, and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Maintain an organized, efficient backroom through regular re-folding, re-bagging, and stock rotation.
  • Oversee returns, damages, and stock discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with management in areas of inventory management.
  • Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
  • Execute daily operational tasks such as pricing updates, markdowns, and store transfers.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Salary Range: $19-$21/hr
