• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients requiring close monitoring and specialized treatment.
• Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
