We are seeking compassionate Resident Care Companions/STNA for all shifts at our facility in Fairview Park, Ohio.

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior to the nursing team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents.
• Follow all safety and privacy protocols to ensure residents' dignity and security.
