Responsibilities Include

• Monitoring and assessing cardiac rhythms and vital signs of patients in telemetry units
• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Documenting patient information accurately and timely
