• Provide immediate assessment, treatment, and stabilization of patients in the ED.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform procedures as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and maintain compliance with hospital policies.
