Responsibilities Include

• Providing high-quality patient care for acutely ill patients with complex needs
• Monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions regularly
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educating patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
