Job opportunity for an RN in the Surgical ICU Stepdown unit located in Conroe, Texas, and surrounding areas.

• Coordinate comprehensive nursing care for adult-geriatric patients.
• Participate in patient and family education to promote understanding and engagement.
• Provide leadership by collaborating with nursing staff and the healthcare team.
• Maintain professional nursing standards in a clinical setting.
• Require 2+ years of experience in Surgical ICU Stepdown; travel healthcare experience preferred.
• Texas license and current BLS certification required; additional certifications may be necessary.
• Work 36 hours/week on 12-hour shifts, with a contract starting August 4, 2025, earning $6,456/month.
