This role involves providing routine nursing care to residents based on their assessments and care plans, under supervision.

• Perform personal care activities like bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with household tasks such as meal prep, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Encourage social participation and leisure activities.
• Observe and report residents' health and emotional changes.
• Respond promptly to requests and emergencies, ensuring safety and infection control.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and transportation to appointments.
• Must be a licensed CNA or Medication Assistant with relevant experience preferred.
