Essential:

The Dental Lead will build relationships in the dental professional channel to accelerate growth. We’re seeking a candidate with a strong background in sales and marketing, preferably within the dental industry, who excels at fostering communities and partnerships. The ideal candidate is proactive with deep industry knowledge and excited to work with the dental channel to position Flaus as a trusted brand among dental professionals. 🚀

What You’ll Do:

  • Build ambassador relationships: Develop, cultivate, and manage Flaus' ambassador community within the dental field by building meaningful relationships with dental professionals across dental offices, schools and industry organizations.

  • Formulate dental channel strategy: Lead dental office sales strategies and execute on goals to build out this channel as a core component of Flaus’ customer base. Manage outreach and sales strategies for dental conferences and attend conferences to position Flaus as an essential tool in oral care.

  • Organize community events: Plan, execute, and attend community events for dental professionals across the country.

  • Manage clinical trials: Oversee clinical trials and product testing with dental professionals. Coordinate with internal teams to analyze and communicate findings, leveraging results to further refine products, messaging, and partnerships.

Who You Are:

You’re passionate about the dental industry and already have connections among professionals, across wholesale and ambassadors. You’re excited about building a brand-new customer acquisition channel to solidify Flaus as the preferred floss product across dental teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable both strategizing at a high level and getting scrappy when necessary. You’re a self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach, ready to scale Flaus’ dental strategy. 🚀

What You’ll Need:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally with a dental product company.

  • Experience managing ambassadors or community leaders.

  • Strong ability to connect with dental professionals and build community.

  • Proven ability to manage events, conferences, and sales initiatives.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Passionate about and experienced within the dental industry.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience as a dental hygienist or community specialist

  • Startup or high-growth environment background

  • New York area-based (though remote is OK)
