With $105M in Series A funding led by General Catalyst, we're crafting a category-defining platform that fuses AI-driven automation with human expertise, transforming legal departments into engines of innovation.

We move fast at Eudia. Unlike traditional enterprise software companies, our teams ship solutions in days, not months—delivering real impact for some of the world's largest companies, including Cargill, Coherent, DHL, and Duracell. We're solving one of the most complex, unsolved challenges in AI: bringing trust, accuracy, and security to legal automation.

About the Role

We're looking for a Commercial Contracts Consultant with 2+ years of commercial contracting experience to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, helping customers navigate complex contracting requirements while delivering practical, business-focused solutions.

Working alongside legal, commercial, product, and engineering teams, you'll leverage AI-enabled tools and structured contracting processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and the overall delivery of legal services.

What You'll Do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including master services agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), vendor and procurement agreements, SaaS and software licensing agreements, and technology services agreements.

  • Prepare and negotiate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), purchase agreements, and standard commercial terms and conditions.

  • Support commercial partnerships by reviewing and negotiating product integration, platform, and partnership agreements.

  • Identify contractual risks and escalate complex legal issues where appropriate.

  • Collaborate with legal stakeholders to ensure agreements align with commercial objectives and internal risk frameworks.

  • Support contract lifecycle management by maintaining templates, playbooks, clause libraries, and standard negotiation guidance.

  • Leverage AI-enabled contract review and data extraction tools to improve contracting workflows and operational efficiency.

  • Assist in refining structured contracting processes by providing feedback that enhances AI models, playbooks, and system outputs.

  • Work cross-functionally with legal, procurement, sales, product, engineering, and business teams to support efficient contract execution.

  • Manage multiple contracts and stakeholder priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and responsiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of commercial contracting experience, with a background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.

  • Experience working in an in-house legal, contracts management, procurement, commercial, or similar environment.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial contracting principles, including SaaS, technology services, procurement, vendor, and licensing agreements.

  • Experience using contract templates, playbooks, and standard negotiation guidance.

  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify contractual risks and escalate issues appropriately.

  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to balance business objectives with contractual risk.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly across different industries, customers, and contract types.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across legal, business, product, procurement, and engineering teams.

  • Experience using contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, legal technology, or AI-enabled contract review tools is a plus.

Why Eudia

Join Eudia and help redefine how commercial contracting is delivered through the combination of AI and human expertise.
