About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deploy and scale AI-powered legal solutions. You will act as a bridge between legal practitioners and technical teams, translating real-world legal workflows into impactful product capabilities.

This role is ideal for a highly adaptable, entrepreneurial lawyer who is excited to leverage AI to scale their impact and help transform the legal industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Deployment: Apply a deep understanding of how legal work actually gets done to build and deploy solutions that encode customer institutional knowledge and translate legal expertise into product.
• Product Collaboration: Partner closely with product and engineering teams to test new features, identify opportunities for product improvement, and contribute ideas for new product capabilities.
• Customer Voice: Serve as the voice of the customer by understanding their workflows and needs, validating use cases, and translating customer feedback into actionable product insights.
• GTM Enablement: Support GTM teams on customer calls and demos, educate them on legal workflows and product capabilities, and equip them to effectively position and demonstrate the product.

What We're Looking For

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• 4+ years of practicing law and the ability to manage matters independently.
• Strong user of AI tools, with a mindset of leveraging technology to scale impact.
• Entrepreneurial, highly adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
• A relentless owner mindset. You proactively identify what needs to happen, align the right people, drive outcomes, and close the loop, even if the problem starts outside your lane.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge legal and technical audiences.
• Excitement about the legal tech and the opportunity to transform how legal work is done.
