As a Demand Gen Marketing Lead at EngFlow, you’ll own and shape our core demand generation strategy to help us exceed revenue goals. You will drive customer acquisition, conversion, and expansion by building a high-performing inbound engine. You’ll own the strategy for paid media, organic content and distribution, SEO, and strive to improve the quantity and quality of our inbound leads.
What You’ll Do
Own and execute campaigns that include: paid digital, email, webinars, SEO, virtual events, and more.
Develop and implement lifecycle marketing tactics and programs to engage prospects throughout their journey on our website and other platforms.
Drive new business meetings from Marketing efforts with a focus on MQLs.
Report on overall ROI of lead generation activities and engagement metrics.
Partner with EngFlow product marketing to ensure the best message is being delivered.
Contribute to strategic messaging campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance via Google analytics and/or new tools to inform strategy.
Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition.
Partner with EngFlow engineers to help us better broadcast EngFlow’s technical blogs.
Source and evaluate marketing tools and platforms for varying needs.
Partner with the Product Marketing team to analyze and improve marketing collateral and messaging.
Coordinate with the Field Marketing team on invites and follow ups to events and other leads.
Work closely with Senior Management and Sales teams to support product and sales growth.
This role reports to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented, self starter.
5+ years in marketing for a SaaS or Tech startup with a proven track record and concrete examples of past successes.
Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, social, paid and unpaid search strategies.
Strong understanding of performance analytics across the customer funnel.
Successful lead generation and customer acquisition track record.
Effective cross-functional collaboration with sales, product marketing, and engineering teams. Excellent communication skills.
Excellent project management experience.
Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
Nice to haves
Experience with or knowledge of build systems, Bazel, or DevOps is a plus.
