With Donna we’re delivering an AI-native platform and we’re scaling fast; especially in the complex enterprise market.

We’re looking for a Delivery Lead who can take ownership of our entire delivery function and turn it into a scalable, predictable engine; while operating in real-world scale-up chaos.

Our implementation team (growing to become 5+) sits at the core of that growth. We’re now hiring to turn this team into a scalable, high-performing delivery engine.

What you’ll be doing

• Own end-to-end delivery across all implementations

• Bring structure to projects, timelines, and reporting

• Own resource planning & capacity management

• Lead and coach a growing team of AI implementation consultants (based in Ghent and NYC)

• Step in on highest-priority enterprise accounts (pre-sales → go-live)

• Build the systems and processes to scale delivery reliably

• Based in Belgium, able to join the Ghent office 3+ days per week.

• 5+ years in Professional Services / Delivery / Implementation

• Experience leading a services team in a scaling SaaS/tech company

• Strong in project/program management for complex implementations in enterprise environments

• Comfortable with ambiguity, pressure, and fast growth

• Able to manage expectations of sales and manage enterprise stakeholders

• Bonus: experience in Sales Enablement Tech or AI Implementations
