As a Medior Full-stack Developer, you'll be a vital part of our team, working together to build Donna, our perfect AI-sales assistant for field sales reps. Donna empowers them to focus on what they do best - selling.

Expect to tackle diverse challenges in UX, frontend, and full-stack engineering, and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into our products. Your objective will be to contribute to a scalable and performant product that delivers an outstanding user experience.

While this is a full-stack role, it currently leans frontend - think complex interfaces, admin tooling, and flow/configuration editors. You’re comfortable going full-stack when needed, but you care about user experience and the quality of the UI.

What you’ll be doing

A non-exhaustive list of features we could use your help with:

• Build and improve end-to-end features across our web applications, from UI to API and integrations.

• Design and implement complex internal tools and configuration interfaces that empower both our internal team and external partners (e.g., admin pages, editors for structured data, dynamic flows).

• Collaborate closely with product, customer success, and external stakeholders to ensure the tools you build are intuitive, scalable, and impactful.

• Experiment with new technologies to get the most out of our stack.

• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

• We believe in shipping fast to gather feedback quickly from our customers.

• We like to keep things simple, so we leverage as much as possible the services offered by key vendors.

• You’ll report directly to our CTO and work cross-functionally to clarify feature requirements and make trade-offs that maximise value while minimising complexity.

• We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience building full-stack applications. You are fluent in TypeScript, Node.js, and React. You have experience meta-framework like Remix or Next.js is a must.

• Our product includes complex internal interfaces, so you’re comfortable working with dynamic UIs and configuration-heavy tools. Any experience with building dashboards, editors, or admin tooling is a strong plus.

• Startup or scale-up experience is a bonus. It’s important that you embrace a start-up mindset. While we try to manage technical debt carefully, sometimes pragmatic decisions are necessary to keep moving fast.

• You are output-driven, and you are not afraid to critically evaluate data and results.

• You’re able to break down big initiatives into small tasks, allowing for re-prioritization as important opportunities arise.

• Personal growth is important to you, and you have the ambition to thrive in a start-up culture.

• We have global ambitions, so fluency in English is a must.

• Ability to work with us in the Ghent office; this is not a remote position.

  Bonus: If you’re interested in mobile development, we also use React Native in our stack. While not a core requirement for this role, there’s room to contribute here too.
