Cube is the financial intelligence platform built for the AI-era.

The world has evolved, but FP&A is still trapped in manual reconciliation cycles. While most platforms try to replace the spreadsheets finance teams love, Cube is different: we are the intelligent finance layer that unifies fragmented data into a centralized command center. By automating data management, we empower the Office of the CFO to stop moving numbers and start driving the strategic analysis that turns data into growth.

We don’t compete with AI; we make it trustworthy. In a world where AI is often only 80% right, Cube provides the 100% truth and governance finance teams need to turn data into growth. Our mission is clean data, everywhere, allowing the modern Office of the CFO to move beyond manual data management and lead with strategic certainty.

Cube has raised >$65M and is backed by top-tier investors such as Battery Ventures and Mayfield. We’re also proud to be recognized by Forbes as one of the Best Places to Work in 2026. Together, we’re building a culture that challenges and celebrates everyone with a path to growth. We’re guided by our company values: act with urgency, keep it simple, build with joy, obsess over the details, own the outcome, raise the bar, champion our customers, and win together. As we enter our next phase of growth, we believe having the right Cubers on our team will be the reason we win.

About the Role:
We are hiring an AI Operations Engineer to build the technical systems that keep our organization aligned. In this role, you will ensure that every department is operating from the same source of truth by deploying AI tools that bake our brand guidelines, messaging, and sales plays directly into daily workflows. You will serve as the bridge between high-level company strategy and the automated systems that make that strategy easy to execute at scale. This is a highly cross-functional role focused on enablement, operational efficiency, and building AI infrastructure that helps teams move faster with consistency and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain AI assistants or guardrails that review internal and external communications for alignment with approved messaging and brand standards.

  • Develop and manage RAG systems so Sales, Support, and internal teams receive answers based only on current, approved documentation.

  • Create automated workflows that transform product updates into tailored talk tracks, Slack updates, enablement content, and email templates for different departments.

  • Build internal AI agents that coach employees on processes such as deal desk approvals, messaging guidance, and internal operations.

  • Embed AI functionality into tools such as Slack, Salesforce, and Guru so support is available directly in the flow of work.

  • Conduct regular audits of AI outputs to prevent messaging drift and ensure systems are using the most recent business strategy and approved content.

  • Maintain a centralized, version-controlled library of tested prompts and workflows that drive accurate, repeatable outputs.

  • Track usage analytics and adoption trends to identify enablement gaps, workflow inefficiencies, or areas where messaging is not sticking.

  • Ensure all internal data used in AI systems remains secure and aligned with company privacy and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience connecting business systems through APIs.

  • Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.

  • Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or related technologies.

  • Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make to connect AI workflows across business systems.

  • Ability to programmatically enforce structured outputs such as JSON, templates, or workflow logic to ensure consistency.

  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to build scalable solutions that solve problems across teams.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with GTM, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience supporting go-to-market teams such as Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing.

  • Experience integrating AI tools into CRM or enablement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Guru.

  • Familiarity with prompt version control, model evaluation, and internal AI governance best practices.

  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment where speed, ownership, and adaptability are essential.

The annual base salary for this role ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 USD.

The expectations above are meant to represent the ideal candidate, but if you don’t meet all of them and think you’d be a great fit for this role, please apply. This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the posted location. Immigration sponsorship is not available at this time.
