About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on TikTok Shop Manager to oversee and grow Cooking Panda’s TikTok Shop presence. This role combines e-commerce expertise, live-stream management, and affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate will not only run daily shop operations but also lead initiatives like 24/7 live-stream shopping and creator partnerships to drive sales and brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
TikTok Shop Management:
- Oversee all aspects of the TikTok Shop, including product uploads, pricing, promotions, and inventory tracking.
- Monitor shop performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to increase sales and conversion rates.
24/7 Live Stream Strategy:
- Develop and manage a plan for continuous live streaming on TikTok Shop.
- Coordinate with the creative and production teams to build a calendar of engaging live events.
- Hire and manage live hosts or creators to ensure consistent, on-brand streaming content.
Affiliate & Influencer Program:
- Build and manage Cooking Panda’s affiliate program, onboarding TikTok creators and influencers to promote products.
- Negotiate commission rates, track affiliate performance, and optimize partnerships for ROI.
- Collaborate with creators for live shopping sessions and user-generated content campaigns.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Partner with the marketing, creative, and production teams to align shop activities with social media campaigns.
- Provide feedback on trending products, content ideas, and marketing initiatives based on TikTok data insights.
Customer Experience & Fulfillment:
- Coordinate with customer support and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing TikTok Shop or other e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
- Knowledge of TikTok trends, live shopping, and social commerce.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with content creators and talent for live streaming.
- Analytical mindset with experience using TikTok Shop analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Bonus: Background in affiliate marketing and influencer management.
