TL;DR
We're hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Co-Founder & CEO and multiply what the leadership team can get done. You will run the operating cadence of the company, own cross-functional projects like launching new markets, and take entire workstreams off the founders’ plates so the company moves faster. This is a founding team role for someone ambitious, hungry, and looking for a front row seat to building a health data company.
Compensation: $130k-$160k base + equity

Responsibilities
As Chief of Staff you will work side by side with the Co-Founder & CEO on whatever matters most that week, while owning the systems that keep the company running.
Your responsibilities will include:
Run the company operating cadence: all-hands meetings, board meetings, investor updates, and quarterly planning, all built with best-in-class AI tools and automation.
Own the metrics infrastructure, including reporting our sales pipeline and data network, so every number the company reports is current and consistent.
Drive cross-functional projects end to end, such as launching new markets, forming channel and strategic partnerships, company offsites, and market research.
Prepare the leadership team for high-stakes meetings with customers, partners, and investors, and drive follow-through on every commitment that comes out of them.
Identify what is falling through the cracks and fix it before anyone asks.
Grow into a leadership role: we treat Chief of Staff as an 18-24 month tour of duty, and we will plan your path into owning a function or launching a new line of business from day one.
Requirements
2-5 years in management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup.
Insatiable appetite for learning; the first time you hear about something you ask great questions and the second time you hear about something you are already fluent in the nuances.
Exceptional written communication; you can turn a free-flowing discussion into a crisp memo the same day.
Strong analytical skills; you are fluent in spreadsheets and comfortable building a model or a dashboard from scratch.
Fluent with AI tools; you use them daily to produce work faster, and you build automations that the whole team ends up using.
Ruthless organization and follow-through; nothing you own is ever the bottleneck.
High judgment with sensitive information across the company, the board, and investors.
Low ego, high ownership; you are equally happy working on a business plan and fixing a broken process.
