Responsibilities
As a Biostatistician at Century Health, you will play a crucial role in analyzing clinical data to drive insights and support our research and life sciences partners. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a mission-driven team and contribute to groundbreaking advancements in patient care. You will work closely with our cross-functional team, including engineers and designers to ensure the highest quality of data analysis and interpretation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing statistical analyses on large-scale clinical datasets to generate insights and support decision-making.
Collaborating with engineering team to ensure accurate data processing and analysis.
Engage directly with researchers and life sciences customers on collaborative projects.
Developing and validating statistical models and methodologies.
Interpreting and communicating complex statistical results to non-technical customers.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications
As an experienced biostatistician, your skillset should include the following:
Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in analyzing clinical or real-world data in a team-based context.
Strong proficiency in statistical software such as R or Python.
Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques and their application in healthcare.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex statistical concepts into actionable scientific insights.
Experience with regulatory requirements and guidelines for clinical data analysis is a plus.
