Client Solutions Advisor
Bright Harbor
About the Role
We are seeking a Client Solutions Advisor who will serve as both a trusted guide and strategic partner for clients navigating post-disaster recovery.
This isn’t a traditional customer service or sales role. It’s a hybrid of account management, consultative sales, and customer success—where you’ll identify client needs, highlight value, and connect them with the financial tools, vendors, and resources that move their recovery forward.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales, financial services, home improvement, or SaaS who knows how to build trust quickly, identify pain points, and deliver tailored solutions. You’ll be part coach, part financial analyst, and part deal-closer, ensuring clients get the most from our platform while keeping their recovery journey on track.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of recovery clients from onboarding through major milestones.
Engage clients in thoughtful conversations to uncover goals, assess gaps, and recommend Bright Harbor tools, partners, and services.
Help clients interpret insurance settlements, estimate rebuild costs, and explore funding options to close financial gaps.
Proactively guide clients toward the right next step, resource, or partner to maximize recovery progress.
Collaborate with vendor networks, product teams, and internal experts to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience.
Gather and share client feedback to influence product development, vendor partnerships, and marketing strategy.
Support retention, upselling, and customer value without being in a hard-closing sales role.
Qualifications
2–8 years of professional experience in insurance, disaster recovery, housing, or government-funded programs.
Proven track record of managing client portfolios, building trust, and delivering consultative value across multiple touchpoints.
Financial acumen with the ability to interpret quotes, payments, and rebuild estimates.
High emotional intelligence with strong empathy and the ability to guide clients through sensitive, high-stress situations.
Excellent communication skills across written, phone, video, and text channels.
Proficiency with CRM tools to manage pipeline, track progress, and document client interactions.
Adaptability in fast-paced environments, comfortable working within an early-stage startup with evolving processes and playbooks.
Compensation
Compensation for this role includes a $70K base salary with on-target earnings of $100K–$120K, supported by monthly and quarterly performance bonuses.
