About the Role
As Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for bringing our brand to life through full-funnel, integrated campaigns. You’ll lead the charge from concept to measurement: crafting ideas, writing briefs, collaborating with designers and content teams, managing timelines, working with talent, and deploying across owned and paid channels.
You’ll have the opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up in a category that truly needs better marketing. While this is not a performance marketing role, familiarity with paid channels and media planning will be useful. Above all, you should be an exceptional storyteller with impeccable creative judgment and a deep understanding of what moves people.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end development and execution of brand campaigns, from insight to rollout
Concept compelling campaign ideas that differentiate the brand and drive engagement
Write clear, inspiring briefs for internal teams and external partners
Collaborate closely with design, content, and product marketing to bring ideas to life
Work with photographers, filmmakers, influencers, and other talent to produce standout creative
Develop media plans in partnership with growth and comms, with an emphasis on brand impact
Lead campaign launches across multiple touchpoints, ensuring excellence at every stage
Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, using insights to iterate and improve
Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all channels
Travel occasionally for campaign shoots, events, and team collaboration
What You'll Bring
5–7 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally at a DTC or consumer brand with a strong emphasis on storytelling
Proven track record of leading successful brand campaigns from start to finish
Master of creative development, from idea to execution
Confident working across functions and managing multiple moving pieces
Excellent communicator and writer with a strong creative eye
Experience working with talent and creative production
Comfortable with media planning and understanding paid/owned/earned dynamics
Highly collaborative, adaptable, and proactive
Based in Austin, TX or willing to relocate
Mission-aligned and excited to build something that helps people in moments of real need
Bonus (But Not Required)
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, cross-functional team
Familiarity with disaster recovery, insurance, or purpose-driven marketing
Strong portfolio or case studies that show your creative leadership
