AI Integration: Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney) to enhance team performance and productivity.
AI Design Experience: Experience or strong interest in designing UI/UX for AI-integrated applications.
Leadership & Collaboration: While direct management experience isn’t required, you should be seen as a leader among your peers, with the ability to recruit talent and drive team culture. You’re comfortable giving candid feedback and collaborating with external teams to deliver results.
Excellent Communication: You excel at translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are known for being candid, positive, and constructive in your communication.
