  • UX Design & Front-End Development: Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and implement these designs into the product, ensuring a seamless user experience.

  • Product Development: Iterate on and maintain our responsive web application, ensuring it meets high standards of performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Collaboration with Engineering Team: Partner with Bit Complete, our MVP engineering team, to ensure smooth product development and technical execution.

  • Engineering Team Growth: As the founding engineer, you will help grow and develop the engineering team as the company scales, recruiting new talent and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide architectural and design guidance, particularly in front-end development and user experience, while supporting backend needs.

Qualifications:

  • UX/UI Design & Front-End Expertise: Proven experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and UX/UI design, with proficiency in tools like Figma and Photoshop.

  • Full Stack Understanding: Knowledge of backend technologies and the ability to collaborate on API development, with a focus on front-end and UX.

  • Startup Experience: Experience in startup environments, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.

  • AI Familiarity: Knowledge of AI technologies, as we plan to integrate AI features into our product.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to grow and develop teams with a focus on collaboration and innovation.

  • Collaboration Skills: Experience working with external engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Excellent Communication: Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Intercom Familiarity (Nice-to-Have): Experience with Intercom or similar customer communication platforms.
