ROLE OVERVIEW

We seek a strategic Product Marketing Manager to drive market positioning, customer acquisition, and subscription growth for Booky's restaurant discovery platform and Booky Prime membership program using data to drive growth via Booky’s marketing channels. You will be the voice of the market to our product teams and the voice of our product to the market, focusing on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution in the competitive Philippine F&B tech landscape.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Market Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop compelling value propositions and market positioning for Booky Prime based on competitive analysis and customer insights
  • Create product messaging frameworks that differentiate Booky's free discovery platform from premium membership benefits
  • Conduct competitive intelligence on FoodPanda, GrabFood, and emerging F&B platforms to inform positioning strategy

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Own launch strategies for new features and promotional campaigns, including brief creation, campaign management, and performance analysis
  • Design subscription conversion funnels and optimize promotional pricing strategies (35-50% discount campaigns) working with campaigns and performance marketing
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels (Push, In-App, Email, SMS, Blog) to drive trial-to-paid as well as redemption conversion

Customer Research & Market Intelligence (PMM Focus)

  • Collaborate with UI/UX on customer segmentation and persona development for Filipino dining behaviors and subscription willingness
  • Conduct user research to understand price sensitivity and membership value perception in the Philippine market
  • Translate market feedback and customer insights to Product Management for roadmap input

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • 2-4 years of product marketing experience in consumer tech, marketplace, or subscription platforms
  • Proven track record in subscription growth and membership marketing

Technical Skills

  • Expert in CleverTap, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
  • Advanced skills in campaign performance analysis and conversion optimization
  • Experience with A/B testing for messaging and positioning

Market Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of Philippine consumer behavior and food culture
  • Knowledge of Southeast Asian membership models (Grab, Gojek, ShopeeFood)
  • Familiarity with Philippine F&B ecosystem and competitive landscape
