BeyondWill was born out of the need to redefine estate planning. Our mission is to help individuals create and organize their plans with ease and compassion, removing the burden from families during their time of grief. We're integrating technology to simplify the complex process of estate settlement, with the ultimate goal of building a platform so intuitive that anyone can use it without needing to ask for help.

Who you are

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to drive brand awareness, craft compelling content, and lead organic marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on storytelling, understands how to amplify content across multiple channels, and wants to build a brand without relying on heavy ad spend. You’ll play a key role in shaping BeyondWill’s voice through social media, podcasts, conferences, and sales collateral. Like all of our team members, you should be passionate about the need for accessible estate planning to everyone in the U.S.

Qualifications & skills:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in content marketing, social media management, or brand strategy (preferably in SaaS, fintech, legal tech, or estate planning)
  • Content creation: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for social media, blogs, and sales collateral
  • Podcast production: Experience developing, hosting, or marketing a podcast
  • Marketing strategy: Ability to plan and execute marketing efforts around content, podcasts, and conferences
  • Social media savvy: Hands-on experience managing company social channels and driving engagement
  • Editing & proofreading: Exceptional attention to detail for refining external communications
  • Industry knowledge (preferred): Familiarity with estate planning, financial services, or legal tech is a plus

What you’ll do

  • Lead and execute organic marketing initiatives—building brand awareness without heavy reliance on ads.
  • Create & distribute high-value content, with a focus on social media, blogs, and thought leadership.
  • Develop and launch BeyondWill’s company podcast as a core brand-building tool.
  • Build a podcast marketing strategy, including securing guest spots for our leadership team on industry podcasts.
  • Develop a conference marketing plan, positioning BeyondWill at key industry events.
  • Create & refine sales and marketing collateral to support outbound sales efforts.
  • Proofread & edit all external communications to ensure brand consistency and clarity.

This position is located in Covington, KY with an option for some hybrid or remote work.
