At Adonis we’re focused on adding intelligence and automation to the Revenue Cycle Management process. Revenue cycle management is the full process from when a patient makes an appointment through to when all parties are paid. This whole process is typically extremely manual, resulting in practices only collecting 83% of what they’re owed. Through our software, we unify the end-to-end RCM processes into a single, powerful view to enable practices the ability to identify opportunities for financial and operational improvement.

By the end of 2023, we launched two new product lines and increased revenue 9x as we continue to aim to maximize revenue outcomes that enable healthcare providers to deliver the highest form of clinical care.

We are looking for engineers that are ready to wear many hats and have an influence on how we continue to scale.

• Value add to the team:
• Expand the Intelligence Data Science team to provide more peer knowledge, insights, and collaboration in a core company focus.
• Strengthen several areas in data the team has lesser capacity or expertise, such as natural language processing, anomaly detection, deep learning
• Can be relied upon to help design and develop frameworks, systems and tools needed to create predictive and explainable models
• Can be leaned on to help translate new and existing data analysis, along with the problems we are solving, into new ML models.
• Must have experience:
• Proficiency in SQL, Python: minimum 3-4 years or has comparable experience in another major programming language Java/Scala/C++
• Solid understanding of statistics, data analysis and predictive modeling
• Experience with time series analysis, anomaly detection and NLP are a plus
• Experience with Data Science frameworks (eg. Pandas, Scikit Learn, Tensorflow, etc)
• Experience with data engineering tools and frameworks:
• Databases and warehouses: PostgreSQL, AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Clickhouse, etc
• Datalake / unstructured data management: S3, Apache Parquet/Arrow, AWS Glue/EMR, Apache Spark / Dask
• Workflow management / orchestration: Airflow, Prefect, Dagster, etc
• Working with both tabular, text and semi-structured data (JSON, X12, etc)
• Nice to have experiences (the ideal candidate would have a few of these qualifications/experiences)
• Experience with time series analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection
• Familiarity with health care data
• Experience with ML Ops frameworks (eg MLFlow, Metaflow, DVC, etc)
• Experience building data pipelines

The base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000 yr. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
