Customer Lifecycle Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team dedicated to VAMA. As a Customer Lifecycle Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing user engagement, satisfaction, and retention through effective communication, segmented customer journey strategies, and comprehensive offline/digital campaign management.
- Develop and execute clear and impactful communication strategies to engage users throughout their lifecycle.
- Ensure consistent and effective communication across various channels.
2. Segmentation Strategies:
- Analyze user data to create segmented customer journeys based on behavior, preferences, and demographics.
- Implement personalized experiences to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Customer Journey Optimization:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey at different touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies for a seamless customer experience.
4. Offline/Digital Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute offline and digital campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.
5. Feedback Analysis:
- Collect and analyze user feedback to understand customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement feedback-driven initiatives to enhance the overall user experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in customer lifecycle management and campaign execution.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create compelling and targeted messaging.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with astrology or spiritual practices is a plus.
