The Publisher Success Manager will play a crucial role in fostering successful collaborations between brands and publishers on our platform. This position involves guiding our partners, providing valuable resources, and ensuring a seamless experience that drives engagement and satisfaction within our publisher community.

Responsibilities

• Partnership Development and Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, ensuring they maximize their use of the SearchEye platform and leverage its full benefits.
• Strategic Insights: Provide strategic insights to publishers and brands, helping them navigate the platform effectively and achieve their goals.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues hindering publisher success, ensuring a smooth operational flow.
• Team Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for the Client Success Teams regarding brand order fulfillment, facilitating communication and addressing any challenges.
