The Role:

As a Middle Mile dispatch associate you will be responsible for the transportation of goods and materials for a company, working with drivers, shipping companies, and other logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery in good condition. Their responsibilities include:

• Operations
• Overseeing day-to-day dispatching operations, managing drivers' schedules, and communicating with stakeholders
• Relationships
• Building and maintaining relationships with drivers, partners, and stakeholders
• Tracking
• Tracking inventory movements and managing the inventory database to ensure inventory is moving efficiently and effectively
• Administration
• Supervising administrative formalities and keeping documentation organized and up to date
