The Internal Wholesaler will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships with financial advisors, brokerage managers, and other key stakeholders. This individual will work closely with the Brokerage team to support and execute illustrations, provide product knowledge, and ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Partner with our Brokerage Managers to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Advisor Outbound: Calling current advisors to provide sales ideas, review pipelines and nurture the relationship
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, brokers, and other partners, providing them with the necessary resources and information.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and be able to effectively communicate their benefits and features to advisors.
- Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and webinars for advisors to enhance their knowledge of our products and services.
- Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales metrics and provide regular reports to the sales management team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and satisfaction.
Who You are:
- 4+ years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably at a multi carrier brokerage
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Proficiency in Winflex and Ensight
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
