Pay Range: $17 - $19 per hour

Job Summary

Our Revive Production Associates are trained in all aspects of each station.. This position requires a detailed eye to ensure all quality standards are met or exceeded. As a Revive Production associate, you will be cross trained to float between stations based on where the business need is.

This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by the Revive Production Associate at Hemster. Duties / Responsibilities:

• Keep a safe work environment by maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Process, sort and organize incoming shipments for Revive
• Uses the Revive Platform for all stations to move orders from inbound through outbound
• All incoming orders should be received, processed and inspected following Revive SOP’s
• Inspecting work completed by vendors to ensure quality meets our Revive standards
• Ensures all QC inspected garments are correctly sorted by their garment ID to the proper stations by the end of each workday
• Uploads photos into the portal during garment inspection and marketplace prep
• Ensure all orders are packaged according to Revive standards
• Ensure boxes are correctly sorted for shipping to the proper brand
• Pick and pack items for order fulfillment
• Assist with the maintenance of the facilities including vacuuming, dusting, and general cleaning
• Other duties involved include breaking down boxes, removing trash and recycling
  
  

Requirements:

• Ensure Revive’s standards for efficiency, accuracy and quality are always met for all stations
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot problems
• Ability to navigate online portal & basic computer skills
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues
• A forklift certified would be preferred but not required
  
  

Physical Requirements:

While performing this job a Garment Production Associate is regularly required to stand, sit, reach, and kneel. Physical ability to lift and move 50lbs. Specific vision abilities such as close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This position is eligible for overtime. Work hours are typically 40 hours a week, Monday thru Friday. Weekend availability needed.
