Role Description

Help Clients Connect to and Attract Digital Audience to their Stores

  • Introduce Booky's products/services to potential customers and negotiate sales.
  • Address customer inquiries and maintain high service standards.
  • Meets sales and productivity targets while collaborating cross-functionally for smooth client onboarding.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential clients and key restaurant partners.
  • Gather market insights and manage account relationships, supporting clients through cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

  • Strongly preferred: to have extensive experience in the F&B industry
  • Strongly preferred: have a wide network and connections to the marketing executives in the industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, Masters Degree or MBA preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Consulting/Business Management
  • High-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and execution background
  • Ability to identify and implement growth opportunities and build business plans
  • Business Development and Partnerships experience a plus
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and fast-paced environment
