At Adonis we’re focused on adding intelligence and automation to the Revenue Cycle Management process. Revenue cycle management is the full process from when a patient makes an appointment through to when all parties are paid. This whole process is typically extremely manual, resulting in practices only collecting 83% of what they’re owed. Through our software, we unify the end-to-end RCM processes into a single, powerful view to enable practices the ability to identify opportunities for financial and operational improvement.

Adonis is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be the tip of our GTM spear. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. Successful SDRs will interface confidently and professionally within the market and qualify leads that help build the pipeline for our sales team, making this a crucial role within our organization.


  • Achieve call volume, demo and other outreach goals measured at a daily, weekly and monthly cadence while providing a professional experience for prospective customers.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and contact potential leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, social selling, and other best-in-class modes of outreach
  • Maintain detailed documentation and analysis of leads.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Adonis and our product offerings.
  • Research target accounts and create an analysis of the prospect before handing them off to an Account Executive, Sales Director or sales team.
  • Educate and nurture leads until they are qualified and ready to speak with an Account Executive according to our qualification criteria.
  • Qualify and engage sales leads, providing the sales team with detailed information about the lead.
  • Build trust and work with Account Executives to create an outbound strategy and drive pipeline.
  • Follow-up on inbound leads and provide appropriate information to foster lead relationships.

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-growth startup environment or healthcare company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and establish strong customer relationships
  • Self-motivated and target driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit who likes to try new ideas in order to achieve greater levels of success
  • Ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency and deliver results
  • Possess strong prioritization skills
  • Naturally and highly curious

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$85,000 yr. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
